Important Notes:

• Registrations will be processed through DEKON. For any inquiries regarding registration, please contact the registration secretariat at [email protected].
• All registration fees are quoted in EURO. Payments can be made via bank transfer or credit card. Prices may be adjusted in the event of any changes in applicable taxes, duties, or fees.
• Registration is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment. If you do not receive a confirmation notice, please contact the registration secretariat. Only fully registered participants will be included in the program.
• The payment date determines the applicable registration fee category (Early / Regular / Onsite), regardless of when the registration form is submitted.
• To qualify for trainee, nurse, perfusionist, or student rates, official documentation (official transcript, document from the institution or copy of student/trainee/nurse ID) verifying your status is required. Without this, standard delegate fees will apply. The necessary document must be uploaded through the online registration system during the registration process.
• The Asian Society for Cardiovascular and Thoracic Surgery (ASCVTS) plans to take photographs and video material at the 34th Annual Meeting of the ASCVTS in Antalya, Türkiye and reproduce them in ASCVTS educational, news or promotional material, whether in print, electronic or other media, including the ASCVTS website. By participating at the 34th Annual Meeting of the ASCVTS in Antalya, Türkiye, you grant ASCVTS the right to use your name, photograph and biography for such purposes. All postings become the property of ASCVTS. Postings may be displayed, distributed or used by ASCVTS for any purpose.

Methods of Payment:

Payment via Bank Transfer

All fees must be paid in EUR (€) and should be free of any bank charges. Please ensure that your unique registration ID, registered full name and reference "ASCVTS 2025" are clearly indicated on the payment slip to prevent delays. After completing the payment, the transaction receipt should be sent to the registration secretariat at [email protected]. Participants are responsible for all bank charges, which must be covered in addition to the registration fees.

Final Invoice:

The final invoice will be issued after the congress concludes, based on the invoice details provided during registration.

Cancellation & Modification Policy:

All registration cancellation or modification requests must be submitted in writing to the ASCVTS 2026 registration secretariat by email at [email protected]. The following policy applies:

• Cancellations received on or before 16 January 2026 - 50% refund of the total amount.
• Cancellations received on or after 17 January 2026 - No refunds will be issued; however, name changes are permitted after this date.

Refunds will be processed within 30 days after the congress, with any applicable bank charges deducted from the refunded amount.
