E-POSTER PRESENTATION AND SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
1. General Information
- All accepted/registered poster abstracts will be presented as E-Posters only.
- E-Posters will be displayed on digital screens located in the poster area of the congress venue.
- Participants will be able to view the posters throughout the congress dates.
- Poster presenters must complete conference registration in order for the poster to be included in the final program and poster system.
2. Download the Official E-Poster Template
To ensure visual consistency across all posters, presenters are encouraged to prepare their posters using the official ASCVTS 2026 E-Poster template.
The template includes the recommended layout, font sizes, and section structure.

3. Poster Format Requirements
Please prepare your E-Poster according to the following specifications:
File Format & Layout
- Format: PNG or JPG
- Slide Layout: Portrait orientation (vertical)
Dimensions & Size
- Dimensions: 9:16 format (recommended size: 1080x1920 pixels)
- Max File Size: 20 MB
- Number of Slides: 1 slide
Language & Font Size
- Language: English
- Title: min 40 pt
- Section Headings: min 28 pt
- Body Text: min 20 pt
4. Poster Content Structure
To ensure clarity and consistency, please structure your poster using the following sections where applicable:
- Title
- Authors and Affiliations
- Background / Introduction
- Objectives
- Methods
- Results
- Discussion
- Conclusion
- References (optional)
- Acknowledgements / Funding Disclosure (if applicable)
Use figures, charts, and images where possible to enhance readability.
5. Submission Instructions
All E-Posters must be submitted through the abstract submission portal by 6 April 2026.
Submission steps:
- Log in to your abstract submission account on the conference registration platform.
- Navigate to the E-Poster Upload Section.
- Upload your final PNG or JPEG file.
- Confirm submission.
