CALL FOR ABSTRACTS

The Abstract Submission Platform will open on 1 September 2025

ABSTRACT SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

  • Abstracts may be submitted for oral or poster presentation only.
  • All submissions must be completed online via the official Abstract Portal. Submissions by fax, email, or post will not be accepted.
  • Do not submit multiple copies of the same abstract.
  • Abstracts previously presented at other congresses will not be considered.
  • The deadline for submission is 9 January 2026 at 11:59 PM (local time). The submission platform will automatically close after this time.

CONFIRMATION OF RECEIPT AND NOTIFICATION OF DECISION

  • A confirmation email will be sent upon successful submission.
  • Notification of abstract status will be sent from 15 February 2026 onward.

PRESENTATION AT THE CONGRESS

  • Detailed instructions for preparing accepted presentations will be sent with the acceptance notice.
  • The Scientific Committee will make every effort to accommodate the presenter's preferences but reserves the right to determine the final presentation type and schedule.
  • At least one author per accepted abstract must register and complete payment by the registration deadline. Otherwise, the abstract may be withdrawn from the program.

PREPARING YOUR ABSTRACT FOR SUBMISSION

Abstracts should be concise and informative, covering the following:

  • Objectives - Background and aims
  • Methods - Brief methods used
  • Results - Summary of key findings
  • Conclusion - Main conclusions

Word limit: 300 words (excluding title and author information).

Only standard abbreviations should be used. Uncommon abbreviations must be spelled out at first use.

All submissions must be written in clear, grammatically correct English. If necessary, please have your abstract reviewed by a native English speaker or professional editor prior to submission.

Abstracts must be submitted by the deadline to be considered for the Scientific Program.

DECLARATION OF CONSENT TO PUBLICATION & COPYRIGHT

  • Abstracts cannot be edited or withdrawn after the submission deadline.
  • Submission implies consent from all listed authors for publication in official congress materials (e.g., website, program book, promotional content).
  • The Submitter affirms that the content does not infringe upon any third-party rights, including intellectual property or privacy rights.
  • The Submitter grants the Organizers a royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and non-exclusive license to publish, reproduce, translate, and distribute the abstract text.
  • The Submitter is responsible for informing all co-authors about the submission status.
  • The Organizers reserve the right to remove any abstract that violates these terms.
